Prices

The price mentioned in the offer is the price of accommodation in the apartment and includes all charges, including:

• use of barbecue,
• use of the shared computer in the reception area,
• wifi,
• Parking lot,
• information about accommodation in Aegina: about the sights, ferry and bus routes, information about beaches, events, car rental etc.
• use of cot, high chair and playpen.

Terms of Payment

Payments for reservations are made by credit card (we accept Visa and Mastercard), by wire transfer or cash upon arrival (check-in) of the customer.
The payment confirmation (receipt or invoice) will be issued on the day of departure.

Arrival / Departure Policy:

Arrival: 14.00 to 22.00
Departure: 11:00

In case of late arrival -after 22.00- please inform in advance.

Filling in the details of the visitor and presentation of his identity takes place on the day of arrival.

► Departure

If you wish to stay in the room for more hours (subject to availability) you must contact the Reception (charges apply) one day before your departure. The extension of your stay will be possible depending on the availability of the apartment. The cost of extending the stay until 18.00 is 50% of the daily price. Extension of stay and departure later than 18:00 will be marked as extra day and will be charged 100% of the daily rate.

Cancellation terms

In case you want to leave earlier than previously agreed, we will be forced to add 50% of the amount of unused days to your account.
